| 摘 要： | 目的了解某市流行性腮腺炎的流行及预防控制情况。方法对某市2004～2005年流行性腮腺炎的流行情况进行调查分析。结果某市2004～2005年流行性腮腺炎报告发病率分别为34．19／10万和16．80／10万。其发病特点是：全年均有发病，以春术夏初为多．人群主要分布在学生、托幼儿童，以3—9岁年龄组的发病率最高。结论应重视流行性腮腺炎的预防控制和预防接种。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the mumps anticipatory control situation in Zhengzhou.Methods The mumps(popular) situation was investigated in Zhengzhou from 2004 to 2005.Results The incidence rate was 34.19/100 000(2004) and 16.80/100 000(2005) in Zhengzhou.The characteristics of the occurence were that mumps occurred aroud the year,more cases occurred at the end of spring and the beginning of summer.Mumps cases mainly occurred in students at schools and children in kindergartens.The incidence of mumps was the highest in those from 3 to 9 years.Conclusion The anticipatory control and vaccination of mumps in Zhengzhou should be valued. |
