寒热痹颗粒治疗寒热错杂型风湿病的临床观察

为进一步了解寒热痹颗粒治疗风湿病的临床效果 ,将中医辨证属于寒热错杂型的 40 2例风湿病患者随机分为试验组和对照组 ,用正清风痛宁片为对照药 ,进行临床观察。结果两组总疗效比较 (P <0 .0 1) ,有明显差异。症状疗效两组间比较 ,试验组在消除肿胀、发热方面优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;在改善关节疼痛、晨僵和功能障碍方面无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。不同疾病的疗效两组间比较 ,对于强直性脊柱炎 ,试验组疗效优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;对于其他几种疾病 ,两组无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。说明寒湿痹颗粒和对照药治疗风湿病均有显著疗效 ,但寒湿痹颗粒在某些方面优于对照药。

AN CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF HANREBI GRANULAE TOR RHEUMATISM OF TYPE OF SIMULTANEOUS OCCURRENCE OF COLD AND HEAT SYNDROMES

In order to observe the clinical effects of Hanrebi granulae for rheumatism, 402 cases of rheumatism belonging to the type of simultaneous occurrence of clod and heat syndromes were divided into experimental group treated by Hanrebi granulae and the control treated by Zhengqing Fengtong Ning. Results: There was a significant difference( P<0.01 )in comparing the total effective rates of the two groups. The experimental group was better than the control in relieving swelling and fever( P<0.05 ).There was no significant defference( P<0.05 )in improving arthralgia, morning paralysis and dysfunction. For ankylosing spondylitis the theraputic effects of the treatment group were better than those of the control( P<0.05 ).For the other eight kinds of diseases, there was no significant difference in theraputie effects ofthe two groups.
