摘    要:目的:观察热休克蛋白70(HSP70)在缺氧缺血(HI)新生大鼠脑内的表达。方法:应用免疫组化法检测正常对照组以及HI组不同时间点的脑海马和皮质部位的HSP70阳性细胞数。结果:正常脑组织内未观察到明显HSP70阳性细胞,HI后阳性细胞明显增加。HI后2h即可观察阳性细胞,48h,72h达到高峰,7d时已经明显下降,结论:HI是脑HSP70合成及极为敏感的诱因,且HSP70的生成量随HI后时间增加呈动态变化过程。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the synthesis of cerebral heat shock protein 70(HSP70) induced specially by hypoxic-is-chemia (HI) in neonatal rat model. Methods The HSP70 positive cells in cortex and hippocampus were detected by using immunohisto-chemical method. Results Immunoreactions for the HSP70 were intensely detected in the cerebral slice with HI while no HSP70 positive neurons were detected in the normal brain. The HSP70 synthesis could be found as early as 2 hours after HI, reached to a peak during 48 to 72 hours, and declined at 7 days after HI, respectively. Conclusion HI was a very sensitive marker for the synthesis of cerebral HSF70 that exhibited the course of growth and decline with the increase of HI time.
