| 摘 要： | 目的 :根据甘露醇外渗后局部组织损伤的特点寻找理想的处理方法。方法 :制作两种甘露醇外渗动物模型 (模型Ⅰ为单纯性甘露醇外渗 ,模型Ⅱ为甘露醇外渗伴局部瘀血 ) ,分别采用临床常用的 3种处理方法进行动物实验 ,进行肉眼观察及组织学观察。结果 :5 0 %硫酸镁湿敷对模型Ⅰ的疗效明显优于其他方法 ;0 .2 5 %奴夫卡因封闭对模型Ⅱ的疗效最佳。同时显示模型Ⅱ较模型Ⅰ的组织损伤程度重 ,修复难度大。结论 :临床处理甘露醇外渗应根据其局部特点选择合理有效的处理方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of extravasation of mannitol and to found the best methods to cure it.Methods:There are two models in our experiment (Model I:Simple extravasation of mannitol.Model II:Regional extravastated blood following extravasation of mannitol) and three methods were used.Results:In model I,the effect of magnesium sulphate is more obvious than the others.In mold II,the effect of novocaine is the best.There is severe injury in model II,and the repair in model I is more difficult.Conclusion:different cure model should be used by its regional character in clinic. |
