不同康复训练治疗方式对跟腱断裂损伤修复术后运动功能恢复的影响

研究不同康复训练治疗方式对跟腱断裂损伤修复术后运动功能恢复的影响。方法 选取2018年3月-2021年12月在常州第一人民医院行跟腱断裂损伤修复术的80例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组采取传统康复治疗方式进行治疗,研究组采取加速康复治疗方式进行治疗,比较两组临床疗效、FMI和Holden步行功能评分、血清VEGF和IL-6水平,并采用Pearson相关系数分析血清EGF与IL-6的相关性。结果 研究组治疗后FMI和Holden步行功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）;研究组治疗总有效率（92.50%）高于对照组（80.00%）,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）;研究组治疗后血清VEGF水平高于对照组,血清IL-6水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）;两组治疗后血清VEGF和血清IL-6水平之间呈负相关（P ＜0.05）。结论 相对于传统RAT术后康复治疗方式,加速康复治疗方式具有较好的疗效,且能更好地促进RAT患者术后运动功能的恢复。

Effect of Different Rehabilitation Training Methods on the Recovery of Motor FunctionAfter Repair of Rupture of Achilles Tendon Injury

To study the effect of different rehabilitation training methods on the recovery of motor function afterrepair of rupture of achilles tendon. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent rupture of achilles tendon repair in ChangzhouFirst People''s Hospital from March 2018 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 40patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional rehabilitation therapy, and the study group was treated withaccelerated rehabilitation therapy. The clinical efficacy, FMI and Holden walking function scores, serum VEGF and IL-6 levelswere compared between the two groups, and Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between serumEGF and IL-6. Results After treatment, the scores of FMI and Holden walking function in the study group were higher than thosein the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the studygroup (92.50%) was higher than that in the control group (80.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Aftertreatment, the serum VEGF level in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the serum IL-6 level was lowerthan that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). There was a negative correlation betweenserum VEGF and serum IL-6 levels after treatment in the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional RATpostoperative rehabilitation treatment, accelerated rehabilitation treatment has better curative effect, and can better promote therecovery of postoperative motor function in patients with RAT.
