Z成形术在面部直线瘢痕整形修复中的应用价值

探讨Z成形术在面部直线瘢痕整形修复中的应用价值。方法 选择河北省沧州中西医结合 医院东院区2020年1月-2021年12月收治的50例面部直线瘢痕整形修复患者为研究对象，根据治疗方法不 同分为对照组和观察组，每组25例。对照组应用单纯面部瘢痕切除缝合术治疗，观察组应用Z成形术治 疗，比较两组瘢痕恢复情况、不良反应发生情况及满意度。结果 观察组术后瘢痕颜色、平整度、弹性 及宽度均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为12.00%，低于对照组的 36.00%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组满意度为92.00%，高于对照组的64.00%，差异有统计学 意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 为面部直线瘢痕整形修复患者实施Z成形术治疗的效果良好，可帮助患者恢复面 部皮肤的平整度、色泽、弹性等，且不良反应较少，患者满意度较高。

Application Value of Z-plasty in the Repair of Facial Linear Scar

To explore the application value of Z-plasty in the repair of facial linear scar. Methods A total of 50 patients with facial linear scar plastic repair admitted to the Eastern Hospital of Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was treated with simple facial scar resection and suture, and the observation group was treated with Z-plasty. The scar recovery, adverse reactions and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The color, flatness, elasticity and width of scar in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.00%, which was lower than 36.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 92.00%, which was higher than 64.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of Z-plasty in patients with facial linear scar plastic repair is good, which can help patients recover the smoothness, color and elasticity of facial skin, with fewer adverse reactions and higher patient satisfaction.
