中药联合针灸治疗黄褐斑的应用效果

分析中药联合针灸治疗黄褐斑的效果和安全性。方法 选取2022年6月-2023年5月大冶市人 民医院收治的80例的黄褐斑患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组使用中药进行 治疗，观察组使用中药联合针灸治疗，比较两组临床疗效、皮损程度、情绪状态和生活质量、不良反应发生情 况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后皮 损颜色、皮损面积、SAS、SDS评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两 组治疗后生活质量评分高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发 生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 中药联合针灸治疗黄褐斑的效果和安全性均较高，可以有 效减轻皮损颜色和面积，缓解不良情绪，提升生活质量。

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Chloasma

To analyze the effect and safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of chloasma. Methods A total of 80 patients with chloasma admitted to Daye People''s Hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion. The clinical efficacy, degree of skin lesions, emotional state, quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the skin lesion color, skin lesion area, SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The quality of life scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion The effect and safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of chloasma are high, which can effectively reduce the color and area of skin lesions, alleviate bad mood and improve the quality of life.
