自锁托槽矫治器在慢性广泛型牙周炎患者正畸治疗中的应用效果

分析在慢性广泛型牙周炎患者正畸治疗中应用自锁托槽矫治器的效果。方法 选取北京佳晨瑞冠口腔门诊部2020年1月-2022年7月收治的70例慢性广泛型牙周炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采取传统MBT直丝弓托槽治疗,观察组采取自锁托槽矫治器治疗,比较两组临床疗效、牙周指标及生活质量。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的60.00%（P ＜0.05）;两组治疗后CAL、PLI、PD、SBI均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组（P ＜0.05）;两组治疗后GR均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组（P ＜0.05）;两组治疗后体力状况、病情、社会状况、生活状况评分及总分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 自锁托槽矫治器在慢性广泛型牙周炎患者正畸治疗中的应用效果确切,可有效改善患者的牙周指标,有利于提高其生活质量。

Application Effect of Self-ligating Bracket Appliance in Orthodontic Treatment of Patientswith Chronic Extensive Periodontitis

To analyze the effect of self-locking bracket appliance in orthodontic treatment of patients with chronicextensive periodontitis. Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic extensive periodontitis admitted to Beijing Jiachen RuiguanDental Clinic from January 2020 to July 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 patientsin each group. The control group was treated with traditional MBT straight wire brackets, and the observation group was treatedwith self-ligating brackets. The clinical efficacy, periodontal index and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.29%, which was higher than 60.00% in the controlgroup (P <0.05). After treatment, CAL, PLI, PD and SBI in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in theobservation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, GR in the two groups was higher than thatbefore treatment, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scoresof physical condition, condition, social condition, living condition and total score of the two groups were higher than those beforetreatment, and those of the observation group were higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of selflockingbracket appliance in orthodontic treatment of patients with chronic extensive periodontitis is effective, which can effectivelyimprove the periodontal index and improve their quality of life.
