整形美容手术修复面部软组织损伤的美学效果

分析整形美容手术修复面部软组织损伤的临床效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年3月于北 京八大处第二医疗美容医院接受整形美容手术修复的60例面部软组织损伤患者，根据接受修复时间的先 后分为对照组（先接受治疗）和观察组（后接受治疗），每组30例。对照组给予常规修复，观察组给予整 形美容手术修复，比较两组手术指标、切口愈合程度、瘢痕恢复情况及美学满意度。结果 观察组手术时 间短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组术后切口甲级愈合率为63.33%，高于对照组的 33.33%（P ＜0.05）；观察组Ⅰ级瘢痕占比为56.67%，高于对照组的36.67%（P ＜0.05）；观察组美学满意度 为93.33%，高于对照组的70.00%（P ＜0.05）。结论 面部软组织损伤患者接受整形美容手术修复可有效改 善创面愈合效果，修复效果佳，且手术时间和术中出血量少于对照组，值得临床应用。

Aesthetic Effect of Plastic Surgery in Repairing Facial Soft Tissue Injury

To analyze the aesthetic effect of plastic surgery in repairing facial soft tissue injury. Methods From January 2022 to March 2023, 60 patients with facial soft tissue injury who underwent plastic surgery in Beijing Badachu Second Medical Cosmetology Hospital were selected. According to the time of repair, they were divided into control group (receiving treatment first) and observation group (receiving treatment later), with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine repair, and the observation group was given plastic surgery. The surgical indexes, incision healing degree, scar recovery and aesthetic satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group (P <0.05). The grade A healing rate of incision in the observation group was 63.33%, which was higher than 33.33% in the control group (P <0.05). The proportion of grade I scar in the observation group was 56.67%, which was higher than 36.67% in the control group (P <0.05). The aesthetic satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 70.00% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Patients with facial soft tissue injury undergoing plastic surgery can effectively improve the wound healing effect, and the repair effect is good. Meanwhile, the operation time and intraoperative blood loss are less than those of the control group, which is worthy of clinical application.
