自体脂肪颗粒移植填充联合重睑成形术矫正上睑凹陷的效果

探究自体脂肪颗粒移植填充联合重睑成形术在上睑凹陷患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年12月-2022年12月于我院行上睑凹陷矫正治疗的70例患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为参照组和观察组，每组35例。参照组给予自体脂肪颗粒移植填充术，观察组给予自体脂肪颗粒移植填充术联合重睑成形术，比较两组上睑凹陷情况、术后并发症发生情况及治疗满意度。结果 观察组1级凹陷占比高于参照组，2级及3级凹陷占比低于参照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组术后并发症发生率为2.86%，低于参照组的17.14%（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗满意度为100.00%，高于参照组的82.86%（P ＜0.05）。结论 自体脂肪颗粒移植填充联合重睑成形术矫正上睑凹陷的效果良好，可有效改善患者的上睑凹陷情况，有利于降低术后并发症发生几率，且患者满意度较高。

Effect of Autologous Fat Granule Transplantation Combined with Double Eyelid Plasty inthe Correction of Upper Eyelid Depression

To explore the application effect of autologous fat granule transplantation and filling combined with doubleeyelid plasty in patients with upper eyelid depression. Methods A total of 70 patients who underwent upper eyelid depressioncorrection in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the randomnumber table method, they were divided into reference group and observation group, with 35 patients in each group. The referencegroup was given autologous fat granule transplantation and filling, and the observation group was given autologous fat granuletransplantation and filling combined with double eyelid plasty. The upper eyelid depression, postoperative complications andtreatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The proportion of grade 1 depression in the observationgroup was higher than that in the reference group, and the proportion of grade 2 and grade 3 depression was lower than that in thereference group (P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.86%, which was lower than17.14% in the reference group (P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than82.86% of the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion Autologous fat granule transplantation combined with double eyelid plastyis effective in correcting upper eyelid depression, which can effectively improve the upper eyelid depression of patients, reduce theincidence of postoperative complications, and have higher patient satisfaction.
