龋活跃性检测联合氟化物预防学龄前儿童口腔龋齿的临床研究

摘    要:探讨龋活跃性检测联合氟化物预防学龄前儿童口腔龋齿的效果。方法 选取2 019年 6月-2022年6月我院收治的50例学龄前儿童为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组予以 口腔健康教育预防,观察组予以龋活跃性检测联合氟化物预防,比较两组龋活跃性风险、新增龋齿患病情 况、依从情况、口腔检测情况。结果 观察组干预后低、中、高等风险率均低于对照组(P <0.05);观察 组dt、ds、mt、ms、ft、fs、dmft、dmfs低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组含氟牙膏、规范刷牙、饭后漱口、 睡前不进食以及口腔检查依从率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患龋率、重度低龄儿童龋率、软垢检出 率均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 龋活跃性检测联合氟化物可有效降低学龄前儿童龋齿患病风险以及患 病率,提升儿童对口腔卫生健康的认知及依从性。

Clinical Study on Caries Activity Detection Combined with Fluoride in the Prevention of Oral Caries in Preschool Children

Abstract:To investigate the effect of caries activity detection combined with fluoride on the prevention of oral caries in preschool children. Methods A total of 50 preschool children admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 25 preschool children in each group. The control group was given oral health education prevention, and the observation group was given caries activity detection combined with fluoride prevention. The caries activity risk, new caries prevalence, compliance and oral examination were compared between the two groups. Results The low, medium and high risk rates of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The dt, ds, mt, ms, ft, fs, dmft and dmfs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The compliance rates of fluoride toothpaste, standard brushing, mouthwash after meals, no eating before bedtime and oral examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The caries rate, the caries rate of severe young children and the detection rate of soft dirt in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Caries activity detection combined with fluoride can effectively reduce the risk and prevalence of dental caries in preschool children, and improve children''s awareness and compliance with oral health.
