优质护理服务在整形美容手术患者中的应用效果

分析针对整形美容手术患者开展优质护理服务的效果。方法 选取2022年5月-2023年5月 于本院行整形美容手术的120例患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法为参照组和试验组，每组60例。参 照组给予常规护理服务，试验组给予优质护理服务，比较两组手术配合度、应激反应及护理满意度。结 果 试验组手术配合度为95.00%，高于参照组的81.67%（P ＜0.05）；试验组护理满意度为96.67%，高于 参照组的73.33%（P ＜0.05）；试验组心率及收缩压均优于参照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 优质护理服务在整 形美容手术患者中的应用效果确切，可提高患者的手术配合度，减轻其应激反应程度，同时有利于提升 护理满意度。

Application Effect of High Quality Nursing Service in Patients with Plastic Surgery

To analyze the effect of high quality nursing service for patients undergoing plastic surgery. Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent plastic surgery in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the reference group and the experimental group, with 60 patients in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing services, and the experimental group was given high quality nursing services. The surgical cooperation, stress response and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results he operation coordination degree of the experimental group was 95.00 %, which was higher than 81.67 % of the reference group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.67%, which was higher than 73.33% of the reference group (P <0.05). The heart rate and systolic blood pressure of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing service in patients undergoing plastic surgery is effective, which can improve the patient''s surgical cooperation, reduce the degree of stress response, and help to improve nursing satisfaction.
