| 摘 要： | 总结８～１７岁青少年鼻窦炎患者３７例（６７侧）近期接受内窥镜鼻窦手术的治疗结果。随访２～２４个月，一期愈合２４例，延期愈合７例，迁延炎症２例。术后症状完全缓解者１７例（４６．０％），部分缓解２０例（５４．０％），显示了良好的临床应用前景。２５侧发生术后粘连，应引起重视。并就青少年内窥镜鼻窦手术的可行性和必要性、适应证及存在的问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Thirty-seven cases(67 sides)of chronic sinusitis treated with endoscopic sinus surgery(ESS)at the age of 8 to 17 years were evaluated in the paper.All the patients after ESS were followed up for a period of 2 to 24 months. Twenty-four out of 37 cases were primarily healed,7 cases had de-layed healing and 2 cases still had persistent inflammation during the period of follow-up. Among the 37 cases,17 recovered completely and 20 recovered incompletely,The necessity feasibility and indications of ESS in children were discussed. |
