某地2007—2009年度TB/HIV双重感染预防控制结果分析

目的分析某地2007—2009年度TB/HIV双重感染防治结果,探讨TB/HIV双重感染防治策略。方法对某地2007—2009年度TB/HIV双重感染防治资料进行统计分析,对关键性指标进行统计学检验。结果某地2007—2009年度共确诊TB/HIV双重感染患者67例。其中在结核病人中检出艾滋病患者7例,检出率为0.60%;在HIV/AIDS患者中检出结核病患者60例,3年平均检出率为5.67%。67例双重感染患者经抗结核治疗,治愈4例,完成疗程44例,死亡19例。44例完成疗程者中,症状明显减轻者26例,占59.1%;症状有所好转者18例,占40.9%。随着时间的推移,TB/HIV双重感染防治效果初现,死亡情况有所改善,存活下来的病人均能有效完成疗程,结核病症状明显减轻比例逐年明显增加。结论某地2007—2009年度TB/HIV双重感染肪治效果显著,防治经验值得推广。

Prevention and Control Analysis of TB/HIV Co-infection in One Area during 2007-2009

Objective] To analyze the prevention and control effect of TB/HIV co-infection in an area during 2007-2009,and explore the control strategy.Methods]The control data of TB/HIV co-infection in an area during 2007-2009 was analyzed. The key indicators were checked statistically.Results]A total of 67 patients with TB/HIV co-infection were diagnosed. Among which 7 HIV/AIDS cases were identified from TB patients,the detection rate was 0.60%; 60 TB cases were identified from HIV/AIDS patients,the average detection rate of 3 years was 5.67%. Of 67 patients,after anti-TB treatment,4 were cured,44 finished the whole treatment process and 19 died; Out of 44 patients who finished the whole treatment,significant improvements were observed in 26 of them,occupying 59.1%; some improvements were observed in 18 cases,occupying 40.9%;These measures of controlling TB/HIV co-infections had brought very positive consequences over time,such as a reduced death rate,a higher ratio of finished treatment among survived patients,symptoms of TB diminished in a noticeable way and a tendency of steady improvement.Conclusion]Those measures of controlling TB/HIV co-infection applied in this area are proved to be effective. It is advisable to apply those measures on even larger scale.
