摘    要:目的:验证MEBT/MEBO在治疗小儿深度烧伤创面的临床疗效。方法:对具有可比性的60例小儿深度烧伤病例分为两组:实验组A组(MEBT/MEBO治疗组)30例,采用MEBT/MEBO方法治疗,对照组B组(传统治疗组)30例,采用磺胺嘧啶银(SD—Ag)霜治疗。效果:A组的疼痛程度、创面愈合时间、手术植皮例数、治疗过程并发症、瘢痕出现率均明显低于B组。结论:皮肤再生医疗技术治疗小儿深度烧伤创面修复中的临床疗效显著。

Abstract:Objective: To verify the clinical efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treating pediatric deep burn wounds. Method; 60 children with deep burn were divided randomly into 2 groups. In group A, 30 children were treated with MEBT/MEBO and in group B, 30 children were treated with conventional surgical treatment. The efficacy of the 2 groups was compared. Result: The efficacy of MEBT/MEBO was better than conventional surgical treatment in terms of pain sensation, wound healing time, number of cases subjected to skin grafting, complication and scar formation rate, etc. The difference between the 2 groups was very significant (P<0. 01) . Conclusion: Skin regenerative medical technique is very effective in treating pediatric deep burn wounds. It is suitable to be popularized in grass - root hospitals.
