肌钙蛋白T阳性的甲襞微循环特征

目的 :通过观察肌钙蛋白T阳性患者的甲襞微循环变化 ,分析心肌微循环障碍与外周微循环的关系。方法 :选取肌钙蛋白T阳性的患者 ,检测其甲襞微循环并根据田牛微循环评分标准进行观察比较。结果 :观察组的外周形态、流态及袢周形态积分值与正常对照组比均有明显增加 (P均 <0 .0 1)。结论 :心肌微循环障碍与外周微循环障碍呈平行关系 ,这为临床早期预防疾病、诊断病情 ,提供了一项客观依据。

Nailfold Microcirculation of Patients with Cardiac Troponin T Positive

Objective: By observing the nailfold microcirculation of patients with cardiac troponin T(cTnT)positive,to analys the velation between the disorder of myocardial microcirculation and other microcirculation.Method: Choosing the patient with cTnT positive,their nailfold microcirculation were observed according to Tianniu rative to assess the nailfold microcirculation.Results: In observation group,the integral value of each item of vascular loop improved significantly than normal control group( P all <0.01).Conclusion: It is suggest that there is relationship between the disorder of myocardial microcirculation and other microcirculation.It provided an objective basis for chimcal early preventing disease and dignose of the illness state.
