| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹腔镜小儿阑尾切除术的优点、并发症及防治措施。方法 回顾性分析近3年来96例腹腔镜小儿阑尾切除术的临床资料。结果 96例中有不同并发症20例(20．8％)，无1例中转开腹，经恰当处理后治愈。均在术后3-8d出院。结论 腹腔镜小儿阑尾切除术创伤小、痛苦轻、康复快、并发症少等特点，明显优于开腹阑尾切除术。

| Abstract: | Objective: To identify the advantage of LA and their complications with the prevention and treatment added. Methods: 96 patients with appendicitis underwent LA were reviewed restropectively. Results: There were 20 cases (20.8%) with different complications which were cured with appropriate treatment. No one was performed by opening the abdomen during the LA. All of them leave the hospital from 3 to 8 days after the operation. Conclusions: LA for children is better than the traditional appendectomy by opening the abdomen with the characteristic of microtrauma, little bitterness, quick health restoration, light complications, etc. |
