家庭环境因子干预对社区老年高血压患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨家庭环境的综合干预对社区老年原发性高血压患者生活质量的影响及其相关性分析。方法选取符合入选条件的于2010年1-12月在南方医院、157医院及同和镇医院心血管科门诊及住院部就诊，常住广州市同和街的老年原发性高血压患者共408例，按照入院顺序进行等距抽样分为2组，对照组200例，干预组208例。采用患者一般情况调查表、中文版简明健康调查量表、一般体格检查表，在分组干预2年前、后进行测评。结果相对于对照组，家庭环境综合干预组生活质量干预前、后评分分别为（63．72±15．49）分、（71．13±19．68）分，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论家庭环境因素可能影响了社区老年高血压患者的生活质量，积极正向的家庭环境能显著提高老年高血压患者的生活质量。

Effect of the comprehensive intervention of family environment on the life quality in the community elderly patients with hypertension

Objective To explore the relationship between comprehensive intervention of family environment and the effects on life quality of the community elderly patients with hypertension. Methods Four hundred and eight patients with hypertension living in the Guangzhou Tonghe street who had outpatient visits to or was hospitalized by cardiovascular department of Nanfang hospital, 157 hospital and Tonghe town hospital were included in this study. The patients were then divided into 2 groups according to the hospital for equidistant sampling sequence,with 200 cases in the control group,and 208 patients in the intervention group. Two years after the initiation of the study, questionnaire of general conditions,SF-36 quaantificationtable （Chinese version） , and routine physical check-up were adopted for evaluation. Results The life quality seores for the control group and intervention group were （63.72 ± 15.49）, （71.13± 19.68）, respectively,with significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The family environment might have an influence on the life quality of the senile patients with primary hypertension,also optimistic and positive family environment could significantly increase their life quality.
