白细胞内源性硫化氢产生速率与高血压及炎性因子的关系

摘    要:目的调查高血压患者白细胞内源性硫化氢产生速率的变化,并探讨其影响高血压发生的可能机制。方法选取初诊高血压及有高血压病史者90例高血压组,又分为两个亚组,即高血压未治疗组(高血压未治疗亚组)45例、高血压血压控制良好组(高血压控制组)45例,选取同期、同科室血压正常患者90例为正常对照组(正常对照组),通过测量白细胞内源性硫化氢产生速率及血浆高血压相关炎性因子的浓度,分析各组自细胞内源性硫化氢产生速率的变化,并探讨其对高血压相关炎性因子的影响。结果高血压未治疗亚组白细胞内源性硫化氢产生速率明显低于高血压控制亚组及正常对照组高血压未治疗亚组(0.142±0.064)nmol/μg、高血压控制亚组(0.202±0.085)nmol/μg、正常对照组(0.214±0.085)nmol/μg,P〈0.011,且血浆高血压相关炎性因子明显高于高血压两个亚组(P〈0.01),白细胞内源性硫化氢产生速率与高血压相关炎性因子-存在明显负相关(P〈0.01)。结论白细胞内源性硫化氢产生减少可能是高血压发生的原因之一,它可能通过影响高血压相关炎性因子的产生导致血压升高。

The relationship of the leukocytic productivity of hydrogen sulfide with hypertension and inflammatory cytokines

Abstract:Objective To investigate changes of the leukocytic productivity of hydrogen sulfide in the hypertension patients,and to explore the mechanisms in the pathogenesis of hypertension. Methods We selected 45 cases of hypertensive without treatment,45 cases of hypertensive that had good BP control,and 90 cases of normal controls. Then we measured the leukocytic productivity of hydrogen sulfide and the plasma cytokiues related to hypertension,analyzed the changes of the leukocytic productivity of hydrogen sulfide among different groups,and analyzed its influence on the cytokines related to hypertension. Results The leukocytic productivity of hydrogen sulfide of hypertensive without treatment was significantly lower than the other groups the hypertensive without treatment (0.142 ± 0.064) nmol/μg,the hypertensive that had good BP control (0.202 ± 0.085) nmol/μg,the normal controls (0.214± 0.085) nmol/μg,P 〈 0.01 ] ,the plasma cytokines related to hypertension were significantly higher than the other groups (P 〈 0.01), and the leukocytic productivity of hydrogen sulfide showed the apparent negative correlation with the plasma cytokines related to hypertension (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The decrease of the leukocytic productivity of hydrogen sulfide might be one of the mechanisms of hypertension. It might be lead to hypertension via its impact on cytokines related to hypertension.
