尼群地平联合应用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗老年收缩期高血压疗效

目的探讨老年单纯收缩期高血压（ISH）的治疗方法，比较尼群地平和厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪单用和联合应用的降血压效果。方法回顾性分析2008年1月～2012年12月某院150例ISH患者的临床资料，根据尼群地平和厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪单用和联合应用情况分为3组：A组50例，单独给予尼群地平10～20mg，2，d；B组52例，单独给予厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片162．5～325mg，1，d；C组48例，联合应用尼群地平5～10mg，2／d，厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片162．5mg，1，d，3组疗程8周。结果A组、B组、C组总有效率分别为62．0％、80．8％、95．8％，3组间总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论尼群地平与厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合应用治疗ISH临床疗效确切、服用方便、不良反应较少，值得临床应用。

Effects of nitrendipine combined with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in isolated systolic hypertension in elderly

Objective To explore effects of nitrendipine or nitrendipine in combination with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of isolated systolic hypertension in elderly. Methods One hundred and fifty cases of elderly patients with ISH were divided into three groups. Group A of 50 patients were given mono-therapy by nitrendipine 10 - 20 mg,2/d. Group B of 52 patients were administered irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets 162.5 - 325 mg, 1/d. Group C of 48 patients,received combination of two tablets （nitrendipine 5 - 10 mg,2/d and Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets 162.5 mg,1/d）. The medication above lasted for 8 weeks. Results Total effective rate in group A,group B and group C was 62.0% ,80.8% ,95.8% respectively,with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） among the three groups. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of treatment with nitrendipine combined with irbesartan hydroehlorothiazide seems more effective in elderly ISH. The therapy was with fewer side effects ,and worth clinical application.
