腹腔镜与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床效果比较

目的比较腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术（LM）与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床效果。方法行LM的67例患者为实验组,行开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的45例患者为对照组,比较两组患者术中及术后情况。结果 67例LM均获成功,无中转行开腹手术病例。两组手术时间、术中出血量差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05）。腹腔镜组术后排气早、住院时间短,术后镇痛药使用率及术后病率低,与开腹组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论 LM具有创伤小、疼痛轻、康复快、并发症少等优点,是一种安全、可行、临床效果好的微创术式,值得临床推广应用。

Comparing the clinical Effects of Laparoscopic and Open Myomectomy

Objective To compare the clinical effects of the laparoscopic myomectomy（LM） and abdominal myomectomy.Methods We observed the clinical effects between the experimental group which was composed of 67 patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy and control group which was composed of 45 patients undergoing open myomectomy.Results 67 patients with LM were successful without conversion to open cases.The difference of the mean operating time and blood loss between tow groups were not significant（P 0.05）.Meanwhile,the early discharge,shorter hospital stay,postoperative analgesic usage and the low rate of postoperative patients in experimental group were significantly different（P 0.05） with the control group.Conclusion LM had many advantages such as beautiful,trauma,painless,rapid recovery,fewer complications,and became a safe,feasible,minimally invasive surgery which are worthy of amplying clinical application.
