泛影葡胺在小肠梗阻治疗中的应用分析

摘    要:目的探讨泛影葡胺治疗小肠梗阻的疗效。方法回顾分析本院2009年6月至2011年6月收治的小肠梗阻患者126例,根据治疗方案的不同将126例患者分为观察组和对照组各63例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予泛影葡胺80mL加0.9%氯化钠溶液40mL。观察两组的治愈情况,治疗前后胃管引流量及肛门第一次排气或排便时间、平均住院时间。结果观察组两组治愈率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后胃管引流量均明显下降,且观察组下降较对照组明显(P<0.05)。观察组肛门第一次排气或排便时间及平均住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论泛影葡胺治疗小肠梗阻疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of diatrizoate in treatment of small bowel obstruction.Methods 126 cases of patients with small bowel obstruction in June 2009 to June 2011 were retrospectively analyzed and were divided into observation group and control group according to the different treatment options,63 cases in the control group were given conventional therapy,the observation group were given diatrizoate 80mL plused 0.9% sodium chloride solution 40mL on the basis of the conventional therapy.The cure drainage and anal first time to flatus or bowel movement,stomach tube before and after treatment,the average length of stay of two groups were observed.Results Two groups had no statistically significant difference about cured rate(P0.05).After treatment,the gastric tube drainage were significantly decreased,and the observation group decreased obviously compared with the control group(P0.05).The anal first time to flatus or bowel movement and the average length of stay of observation group were lower than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Diatrizoate treatment of small bowel obstruction is effective,it is should be widely applied.
