| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小骨窗手术治疗高血压脑出血患者的临床效果及其临床意义。方法:回顾性分析68例行小骨窗手术治疗高血压脑出血患者的手术及预后情况。结果:死亡6例(8.8%),植物生存2例(2.9%),重度残疾12例(17.6%),中度残疾20例(29.4%),恢复良好28例(41.2%)。结论:小骨窗手术对高血压脑出血患者有较好的治疗效果,术后患者的生存质量较高,值得临床中推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical effect and significance of small bone window craniotomy in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Method The modified small bone window hematoma evacuation for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage 68 cases clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results 28 cases(41.2%) were good recovery,20 cases(29.4%) were moderate disability,12 patients(17.6%) were severe disability,2 cases(2.9%) were plant survival,6 cases(8.8%) were death.Conclusion The modified small bone window craniotomy is better for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treatment,and there is a high quality of life,so it is worth for clinical use |
