摘    要:目的观察血栓通粉针对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后脑组织中细胞间黏附因子(ICAM-1)表达的影响。方法 45只Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、治疗组,利用线栓法制作大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型,利用免疫组化染色观察再灌注后ICAM-1的表达情况,比较不同实验组相同灌注点ICAM-1表达的变化。结果局灶性脑缺血再灌注后,在相同时间点模型组ICAM-1的表达均较假手术组升高,治疗组均低于模型组。结论血栓通粉针可能通过降低ICAM-1在缺血区的表达,抑制其局部的炎症反应,对抗脑缺血再灌注损伤。

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the effect of Xueshuantong powder injection on the expression of ICAM-1 in rats with cerebral ischemia reperfusion.Methods Forty-five Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 equal groups: sham operation group,model group,treatment group.The animal models of middle cerebral artery ischemia/reperfusion were established by suture method.The expression of ICAM-1 at different times after reperfusion was measured by immunohistochemistry.Then the change of neural function and the expression of ICAM-1 in different groups at the same time were compared.Results After local cerebral ischemia reperfusion the expression values of ICAM-1 in the model group were significantly higher than those in the sham operation group,but the expression in treatment group was significantly lower than that in the model group.Conclusion Xueshuantong powder injection can inhibit inflammatory reaction by inhibiting the ICAM-1 expression in ischemic region to achieve neuroprotective effect.
