依那普利片与硝苯地平缓释片降压疗效对比

目的观察依那普利片与硝苯地平缓释片对1级、2级原发性高血压的降压疗效。方法 79例原发性高血压患者分为治疗组41例和对照组38例,治疗组服用依那普利片,对照组服用硝苯地平缓释片,观察15 d及30 d后对2组降压疗效进行对比分析。结果依那普利片降压疗效优于硝苯地平缓释片,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论依那普利片与硝苯地平缓释片均可以作为降压的首选药物,但是对于2级以上高血压病例宜小剂量药物联合应用。

Enalapril tablet and Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets antihypertensive effects of contrast

Objective Enahpril tablet and Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets for level 1, level 2 primary hypertension disease hypertension treatment Observation. Methods 79 cases of primary hypertension were divided into treatment group 41 cases and control group of 38 cases, the treatment group was treated with enahpril, the control group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets, the antihypertensive effect in the 2 groups were observed. The antihypertensive effect was comparatively analyzed after 15 days and 30 days. Results Enalapril antihypertensive effect was better than that of nifedipine sustained-release tablets, but the difference was not significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Enalapril and nifedipine sustained-release tablets can be used as the first choice of antihypertensive drug, but for more than 2 levels of hypertension should get combined with small doses of the two drugs.
