| 摘 要： | 目的：评价经PTC螺旋CT胆道造影对梗阻性黄疸的诊断价值。方法：15例梗阻性黄疸的病人，术前进行B超、CT、PTC及经PTC螺旋CT胆道造影检查。比较这些检查的术前诊断符合率。结果：（1）经PTC螺旋CT胆道造影检查诊断符合率高于B超，CT及PTC检查。（2）可获得清晰胆管树及病变的图像。结论：经PTC螺旋CT胆道成像对提高梗阻性黄疸术前诊断符合率手术方式选择及肿瘤切除的评估具有较大帮助。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic application of combination of spiral CT and PTC for obstructive jaundice. Methods: 15 patients with obstructive jaundice were examined with B type ultrasound, abdominal CT, PTC, and three-dimensional spiral CT cholangiography combined with PTC. The diagnostic accuracy of those approaches was evaluated. Results: (1) The diagnostic accuracy of the combination of three-dimensional spiral CT cholangiography and PTC was higher than that of any single approach such as B type ultrasound, abdominal CT, or PTC; (2) The combination approach showed a clearer image of biliary tree and the lesions. Conclusion: Three-dimensional spiral CT cholangiography combined with PTC could bring about higher diagnostic accuracy. It would be valuable in both correct selection of surgical approach and evaluation of possibility of resecting tumor. |
