血管内带膜支架在颅内动脉瘤中的应用

目的探讨Jostent脉带膜支架对颅内动脉瘤的血管内治疗效果。方法2005年6月2008年11月应用Jostent冠脉带膜支架治疗10例颅内动脉瘤。结果8例患者带膜支架被成功释放于靶动脉，结果显示颅内动脉瘤完全消失并保持载瘤动脉畅通；另2例患者因血管纡曲带膜支架无法到达指定位置。无手术相关并发症发生。6例患者于带膜支架放置后6个月造影随访，屁示颅内动脉瘤消失，载瘤动脉畅通。结论带膜支架对于某些颅内动脉瘤是一种可选的较好的血管内治疗手段。带膜支架的制作工艺仍有待发展和优化，以使之适用于脑血管系统。

Application of Endovascular Stent Graft to Treating Intracranial Aneurysms

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of endovascular implantation of Jostent coronary stents grafts on the intraeranial aneurysms. Method The endovascular implantation of Jostent coronary stents were performed in 10 patients with the intraeranial aneurysms from June, 2005 to November, 2008. Results The stents were successfully implanted into the target arteries in 8 patients, in whom the aneurysms disappeared, the parent arteries were clear. The stent grafts did not reach the desirable sites because of the vascular tortuosity in 2 patients, in whom these were not complications. DSA examination 6 months after the implantation showed that the aneurysms did not recurred and the parent arteries were unobstructed in 6 patients followed up. Conclusions The stent grafting is a good method to treat the intracranial aneurysms. The stent should be further researched and developed in order to make it more proper for the cerebrovascular system.
