| 摘 要： | 以单盲安慰剂对照观察缓释异搏停(VR_(SR))对33例高血压(轻、中度)患者的疗效,初步结果说明VR_(SR)组(25例)血压有明显下降(P<0.01),和安慰剂组(8例)血压改变比较有显著性差别(P<0.01,P<0.05:总有效率为72％,72％的患者VR_(SR)的剂量为240～360 mg/日。未观察到明显副作用。

| Abstract: | The preliminary results of the treatment of 33 mild or moderate hypertensive patients with verap-amil slow release formulation (VRsr 240mg film tablet, Knoll AG) by a single blind placebo control trial are reported. There were significant decrease of both systolic and diastolic BP. (P<0.01) and the efficacy rate was 72%. The differences of changes of B P. before and after treatment between the treatment and control groups were significant too (P<0.01, P<0.05). The daily dose of VRsr in 72% of patients was 240mg-360mg/day (60-480mg/day). No obvious side effects were observed. |
