| 摘 要： | 报告４７例小梁活瓣式切开术，随访１０－４８个月，平均３５个月。与７９例小梁切除病进行疗效比较。两种术式远期眼压控制率相近，对视功能保护效果亦基本相似。术后造瘘孔粘连及蜂窝状滤泡形成明显低于小梁切除术，且并发症少，手术适应症基本同小梁切除术，对中晚期病例尤为适合。

| Abstract: | he authors report 35 cases of valve trabeculectomy followed up for 10 to 48 months with an average of 35 months. After the curative effect of those 35 cases was compared with 79 cases of trabeculectomy, it was found that they were similar in the long-term control rate of the intraocular pressure and the protective effect of the visual function. After operation, their stucky of the fistulation foramen and their formation of the hon-eycombing follicle were significantly lower than those of trabeculectomy.Their postoperative complications were less and with the same indication as that of trabeculectomy. Valve trabeculectomy is especially suitable for cases in the mediumterm or advanced stage. |
