直肌离断对虹膜睫状体的脂质过氧化损伤

摘    要:实验测定了犬眼不同组合的2条和3条直肌离断后虹膜眼下状体组织脂质过氧化反应产物丙二醛含量和超氧化物岐化酶活性,并观察了睫状体非色素上皮细胞的超微结构,发现2条直肌离断术后1、3、7天,MDA和SOD变化不显著。3条直肌离断术后1、3天MDA含量明显升高,SOD活性显著降低,术后7天变化不显著,超微结构示细胞内膜性结构受损,提示3条直肌同时离断眼前节缺血早期,超氧自由基大量产生引发的脂质过氧化损伤,

Abstract:enotomy of two and three recti in different combinations was done in 32 adult dog eyes. The content ofMalondialdehyde (MDA)and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in iris and ciliary body were deter-mined. The ultrastructure of ciliary epithelial cells was observed. The results showed that in eyes with tenoto-my of three recti MDA was significantly higher and SOD was significantly lower than that of the control(P< 0. 05)one and three days after operation. But these changes were not significant in seven days(P>0.05).Cel-lular membrane structures of ciliary epithelium was damaged.There were no remarkable changes in eyes withtenotomy of two recti.It is suggested that lipid peroxidation initiated by superoxygenic free radical plays animportant role in the occurrence of anterior segment ischemia(ASI).
