| 摘 要： | 选用１９９０年３月至１９９２年１２月住院治疗的单疱病毒性角膜炎患者例（９１眼），分为浅层型、深层型两组，其中２８例（３４眼）采用抗病毒药物联合微量地塞米松治疗。同时设立对照组。结果表明，该疗法具有提高治愈率、缩短病程、降低角膜疤发生率、减少复发等优越性。

| Abstract: | ighty in-patients (91 eyes) with herpes simplex keratitis(HSK)were divided into superficial
HSK anddeep HSK in 1990-1992.28(34 eyes)of all the patients were jointly treated by antiviral
drug(ACV,CC)andmicro-dexamethasone and contrasted with the control group.The results showed
that the therapy can raisecure rate,shorten course of disease,reduce incidence of corneal scar and
decrease recurrence of the disease. |
