铅对视网膜脂肪酸组成及含量影响的实验研究

摘    要:用气相色谱法测定了正常兔眼,置入铅块及置入玻璃块兔视网膜脂肪酸的组成及含量。置入铅块眼2周后不饱和脂肪酸C18:1开始升高,8周时不饱和脂肪酸C18:1,C18:2,C20:4显著升高,而饱和脂肪酸C16:0,C18:1明显降低。置入玻璃块眼与正常眼基本一致。上述结果提示铅干扰了视网膜脂肪酸代谢。

Abstract:he composition and content of retinal fatty acids in normal rabbit eyes, eyes containing a lead splinter and eyes containing a glass splinter were measured by gas chromatography.The results showed that two weeks after the implantation of the lead splinter the content of the unsaturated fatty acid C18:1 began to in- crease. By the eighth week the contents of all the unsaturated fatty acids(C18:1, C18:2,C20:4)were significantly higher than those in normal eyes, whereas the contents of the saturated fatty acids(C16:0,C18:0)decreased.No difference existed between the normal eyes and the eyes containing a glass splinter. The results indicate that lead interferes with the metabolism of retinal fatty acids.
