沧州城乡居民肛肠常见炎性疾病的流行病学调查

目的通过对沧州城乡部分区域居民进行问卷调查,了解本地区居民肛肠炎性疾病的发病情况。方法人群问卷调查法。结果调查人群肛肠炎性疾病的居民917人,总患病率为16.02%(917/5 724)。其中,女性467人,患病率为15.20%(P′=8.16%),男性450人,患病率为16.97%(P′=7.86%)。男性高于女性。炎性肛肠疾病与工作性质、生活紧张程度有关(P0.01)。结论肛肠炎性疾病患病率比较高,是目前人群中常见的、多发的疾病。应该引起临床医生的重视。

Epidemiological Investigation of Anorectal Phlogistic Diseases Among the Urban and Rural Residents of Cangzhou

Objective To survey the incidence of anorectal phlogistic diseases among the local residents of Cangzhou through questionnaire investigation. Methods Questionnaire surveys were conducted among the local residents of Cangzhou. Results The total incidence rate of anorectal phlogistic diseases was 16.02%（917/5,724）.The incidence rate of the males（16.97%,450/917,P′=7.86%） was higher than that of the females（15.20%,467/917,P′=8.16%）.The incidence of anorectal phlogistic diseases was related to working character and the tensity of living（P〈0.01）. Conclusions anorectal phlogistic diseases with the higher incidence are the common diseases in Cangzhou,therefore,close attention should be pay to the diseases clinically.
