某石化公司1996～2006年职工死因及潜在减寿损失分析

目的了解石化公司职工的主要死因及疾病的减寿危害,为制定疾病预防与控制策略提供科学依据。方法运用标化死亡率和标化减寿损失年率,对1996-2006年公司范围内职工的死亡资料进行分析。结果1996-2006年公司职工标化死亡率为278.84/10万,男性299.48/10万,女性215.43/10万,死亡原因排列前5位是：恶性肿瘤,心脑血管疾病,损伤与中毒,消化系统疾病,呼吸系统疾病,占全死因的91.04%;潜在寿命损失年数为6565年,标化潜在寿命损失率为21.51‰,男性潜在寿命损失年数为4905年,标化潜在寿命损失率26.57‰,女性潜在寿命损失年数为1660年,标化潜在寿命损失率为9.99‰,顺序依次为损伤与中毒,恶性肿瘤,消化系统疾病,呼吸系统疾病,心脑血管疾病。结论恶性肿瘤、心脑血管疾病是公司职工的主要死因,损伤与中毒是导致职工早死的主要原因。

Analysis of causes of death and potential years of life loss for petrochemical company employees between years of 1996 to 2006

Objective To find out the main causes of death and major diseases causing life loss to petrochemical company employees, providing scientific basis for the strategies of disease control and prevention. Methods The employees＇ death data were analyzed by standardized mortality rate and PYLL rate from 1996 to 2006. Results From 1996 to 2006, the employees＇ standardized mortality rate was 278.84/100000, while male standardized mortality rate was 299.48/100000,female 215.43/100000. The main causes of death were in the following sequence： malignant tumors, diseases, injuries and poisoning, digestive system diseases, respiratory system diseases, which accounted for 91.04% of all death causes. PYLL were 6565 years, standardized rate of PYLL was 21.51% PYLL from male were 4905 years, PYLL rate was 26.57‰. PYLL from female 1660 years, PYLL rate 9.99‰. the diseases causing PYLL in order were injuries and poisoning, malignant tumors, digestive system diseases, respiratory system diseases, cardiocerebrovascular diseases. Conclusion To petrochemical company employees, the main causes of death were malignant tumors, cardiocerebrovascular diseases. The major cause of life loss is injuries and poisoning.
