对药学高等职业教育培养模式及课程设置的探索

高等职业教育是社会发展与科技进步的产物，也是社会职业岗位分化发展的结果。高等职业技术教育以技术应用性能力培养为目标，药学高等职业技术教育的培养目标是面向生产和服务第一线的高级技术应用型人才。由于我国高职教育刚刚起步，尚存在许多实际问题，高职教育与社会的需求和发展脱节，为使药学高职教育健康、稳步、快速发展，笔者对药学高职应用型人才培养模式和课程设置进行了探讨。

Talk on Study of Training Mode and Course Arrangement for the Practical Talents of Higher Vocational Education of Pharmacy

Higher vocational and technical education is the product of social development and scientific progress and also the result of social position polarization and development. Higher vocational and technical education aims at training practical and technical ability and the aim of higher vocational education of Pharmacy is to train the higher technical and practical talents to meet with the production and service of the first line. Because higher vocational education only started a little long ago, there are still many practical problem, s and it is disjointed with the social needs and development. In order to develop higher vocational education of pharmacy steadily and quickly, the author has made a study of training mode and course arrangement for the practical talents of higher vocational education of pharmacy.
