中央空调系统军团菌污染状况的实验研究

摘    要:目的]了解安徽省马鞍山市商场、宾馆、办公楼、医院4类场所中央空调系统军团菌污染状况。方法]随机采集冷却塔水、管道水、冷凝水、涂抹样并进行细菌培养和鉴定,再以PCR方法加以验证。结果]135份样品中分离出75株军团菌,49株为嗜肺军团菌血清1型Lp1,26株为嗜肺军团菌血清10型Lp10。结论]安徽省马鞍山市中央空调系统军团菌污染情况较为严重,需要引起重视以防军团菌病的暴发流行。

Abstract:Objective]To investigate the contamination status of Legionella pneumophila in central air conditioning system of shopping centers,hotels,buildings and hospitals in Maanshan.Methods]Cooling tower samples from central air conditioning system were randomly collected,cultured and then Legionella pneumophila was isolated.Pobymerase chain reaction(PCR)was used for the confirmation of the differentiation.Results]Legionella was successfully detected.75 Legionella strains were identified with the rate of 50.4%(75/135).The 75 strains of Legionella included 49 strains of Lp1 type and 26 strains of Lp10 type.Conclusion]The status of legionella contamination in central air conditioning system is very critical in Maanshan,Great efforts should be made to prevent the outbreak of legionnaires diseases.
