| 摘 要： | 目的：评价小儿经皮心导管动脉导管封堵术的麻醉方法及效果。方法：全部采用非气管插管静脉麻醉加局部麻醉，即安定、氯胺酮加局麻醉。结果：45例患儿麻醉效果满意，循环动力及呼吸功能维持良好，无不良反应。结论：非气管插管静脉全麻复合局麻操作简便，镇痛、镇静安全，效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effects of the anesthesia method used during the operation of Patent ductus arteriosis(PDA)through cardic catheter without thoracotomy.Method：All patients were anesthetised using intravenous anesthesia without tracheal intubation plus local infiltration,That is intravenous ketamine and diazepam(or midazolam)plus local infitration.Results：Anesthesia of 45 cases was very satisfactory with good circulatory and respiratory function,Without severe adverse effects.Conclusion：Local infiltration plus intravenous anesthesia without Tracheal intubation is simple in performation,excellence in pain control and sedation keeping. |
