骨科择期手术术中细菌污染的监测分析

目的：探讨骨科择期手术术中细菌污染情况及预防性抗生素的选择和使用。方法：手术结束前于切口内组织及术野皮肤取样进行细菌培养及药敏试验，术后使用青霉素钾和奈特预防性用药3-5d。结果：本组术中细菌污染率为14.29%，术后基本无发热，伤口均甲级愈合，术中细菌污染与伤口类型密切相关。结论：骨科择期手术术中细菌污染不溶忽视，术后采用β-内酰胺类和氨基糖苷类配伍预防感染可行。

SURVEILLANCE ANALYSIS ON BACTERIA CONTAMINATION DURING ORTHOPEDIC SELECTIVE OPERATION

Objective:To study the bacteria contamination during orthopedic selective operations and the usage of preventive antibioties.Methods:The samples got from skin and wound before the end of the operations were sent to conduct bacteria cultivation.Penicillin and netilmicin were used as preventive antibiotics for 3~5 days.Results:The bacteria contamination rate during operation was 14.29%.Seldom was the fever found,and the wound healed by the first intention.Further study showed that the bacteria contamination was closely related with the wound situation.Conclusions:The bacteria contamination during orthopedic selective operations should be paid attention.And it proved effective that penicillin and netilmicin were used as preventive antibiotics.
