| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性脑梗死患者血清脂联素（ADP）水平变化及其与梗死体积的关系。方法：用酶联免疫吸附法检测脑梗死组及对照组血清ADP水平。将脑梗死组分为腔梗组和非腔梗组。结果：脑梗死组发病48 h内的血清ADP水平显著低于对照组,且与梗死体积呈显著负相关,腔梗组ADP水平显著高于非腔梗组。结论：急性脑梗死患者发病48 h内血清ADP水平降低,与梗死体积呈负相关,血清ADP水平检测有助于急性脑梗死的早期诊断和严重程度的判断。
