| 摘 要： | 目的探究花椒籽油对大鼠脂质代谢的影响,从而探讨其对动脉粥样硬化的作用。方法 24只健康SD大鼠随机分为3组:对照组、高脂组、花椒籽油组,对照组普通饲料喂养,其余两组均高脂饲料喂养,花椒籽油组同时给予花椒籽油灌胃,8周后腹主动脉采血,测定其TC、TG、HDL-C的含量。结果与高脂组相比,花椒籽油组血清TC、TG显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),HDL-C显著升高(P<0.01)。结论花椒籽油可有效降低高脂大鼠的TC、TG含量,升高HDL-C含量,对大鼠的动脉粥样硬化形成有一定的防治作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of the kernel of zanthoxylum see in rats,and to explore its effect on atherosclerosis. Methods Twenty-four healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,including control group,hyperlipidemia group and KZSO group. Control group were fed with ordinary forage, hyperlipidemia group were fed with high-lipid forage,KZSO group was also given KZSO lavage on the basis of high-lipid forage. Blood samples were collected from abdominal aorta after 8 weeks,and the contents of TC,TG and HDL-C were determined. Results Compared with hyperlipidemia group,KZSO group had lower levels of serum TC and TG (P<0. 01,P<0. 05)and a marked increase in HDL-C(P<0. 01). Conclusion The kernel of zanthoxylum seed oil can effectively reduce the content of TC and TG in hyperlipidemia rats,and increase the content of HDL-C. Therefore, it has a certain role in the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis. |
