组织蛋白酶B及其抑制剂与脑出血关系的研究

组织蛋白酶B(Cathepsin B,cat B)是溶酶体中研究最为广泛的蛋白酶之一。脑出血后的细胞凋亡及继发炎性反应在脑出血后脑损伤中发挥重要作用。cat B参与脑出血后细胞凋亡及炎症的级联反应。cat B抑制剂具有神经保护作用,通过促进脑出血后神经细胞突触重组和周围新生血管的形成来提高脑出血后的神经功能。但目前cat B及其抑制剂与脑出血关系的研究较少。本文就cat B及其抑制剂与脑出血的关系进行综述。

Research of the relationship between cathepsin B as well as its inhibitors and intracerebral hemorrhage

Cathepsin B is one of the most widely studied lysosomal proteases.Apoptosis and secondary inflammatory change play an important role in brain damage after intracerebral hemorrhage.Cathepsin B is involved in apoptosis and inflammatory cascade reaction after intracerebral hemorrhage.Cathepsin B inhibitors have nerve protective effects by synaptic reorganization and the formation of new blood vessels after intracerebral hemorrhage to improve the neurological function.However,there are only a few researches on the relationship between cat B as well as its inhibitors and cerebral hemorrhage.This article reviews the relationship between catB as well as its inhibitors and intracerebral hemorrhage.
