摘    要:目的探讨HDL对Hep G2细胞糖原合成的影响及其机制。方法采用肝糖原/肌糖原试剂盒测定HDL对糖原合成的影响,并用Western blot实验探讨其机制。结果 HDL可以促进Hep G2细胞对糖原的合成。此过程中发生了PI3K-AKT-GSK-3蛋白通路的磷酸化。结论 HDL促进Hep G2细胞糖原的合成有胰岛素信号途径及其下游PI3K/AKT-GSK-3的参与。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of HDL on glycogen synthesis in HepG2 cells.Methods The effect of HDL on glycogen synthesis was studied by liver glycogen/muscle glycogen Kit,and the mechanism of the effect was explored by Western blotting experiment.Results HDL could promote the glycogen synthesis in HepG2 cells;meanwhile,the phosphorylations of PI3K-AKT-GSK-3 proteins appeared.Conclusion HDL stim ulates glycogen synthesis in HepG2 cells,which involves the insulin signaling pathway and its downstream PI3K-AKT-GSK-3 signaling pathways.
