氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合PPI制剂治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病的近期疗效及安全性

目的观察氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合PPI制剂治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病患者躯体症状和精神症状的效果及安全性。方法前瞻性选取我院消化内科住院部/门诊2014年1月至2016年1月收治的120例确诊为非糜烂性胃食管反流病患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为2组,每组60例,对照组在生活干预和心理疏导基础上予以埃索美拉唑,观察组加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛,对比两组各项临床症状改善情况、疗效、不良反应及焦虑和抑郁改善情况。结果两组患者治疗后RDQ评分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.01),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组的68.33%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后HAMD评分和HAMA评分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.01),且观察组两项评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合PPI可明显改善非糜烂性胃食管反流病患者躯体症状和精神症状,效果确切,且安全性高,可作为临床首选的治疗方案之一。

Efficacy and safety of flupentixol and melitracen combined with PPI agents in the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease

Objective To observe the improvement of physical symptoms and mental symptoms and safety of the non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease patients treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with PPI. Methods A total of 120 cases were prospectively selected who were diagnosed with non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease in the gastroenterology department of our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016,and the patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,60 cases in each group. Control group on the basis of life intervention and psychological counseling,was given esomeprazole,while observation group was additionally treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets. The clinical symptoms improvement, efficacy, adverse reactions and the im-provement of anxiety and depression of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the RDQ scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0. 01),and observation group was significantly low-er than control group ( P <0. 01 );the total effective rate of observation group was 86. 67%, which was higher than 68. 33% of control group (P<0. 05);the adverse reaction rate of observation group was 5. 00%,which was signifi-cantly lower than 20. 00% of control group (P<0. 05);the HAMD and HAMA scores of the two groups were signifi-cantly lower than before treatment (P<0. 01),and observation group were lower than control group (P<0. 01). Con-clusion Flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with PPI can significantly improve somatic and psychiatric symptoms of patients with non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease and has exact effect and high safety,so it can be used as one of the preferred clinical treatment programs.
