中西医结合治疗哺乳期早期乳腺炎疗效分析

目的 研究探讨中西医结合方法 治疗哺乳期早期乳腺炎患者的疗效，并对其中出现的异常情况进行临床处理和经验总结。方法 患者资料来源于广州越秀区妇幼保健医院门诊和住院病例，哺乳期早期乳腺炎的患者作为入选标准、年龄范围20~35岁，共选择600例患者入组，并按严重程度分为乳汁淤积期组和急性炎症期组，每组300例。两组又根据处理方法 不同各自分为3组，乳汁淤积期组（每组各100例）：A组（乳腺按摩+三黄散贴敷、B组（乳腺按摩+三黄散贴敷+针灸）、C组（观察）；急性炎症期组（每组各100例）：A组（乳腺按摩+三黄散贴敷）、B组（乳腺按摩+三黄散贴敷+针灸+口服头孢拉定）、C组（头孢拉定）。所有均执行常规指导下的乳房吸吮。记录和分析两组不同亚组的疗效。结果 乳汁淤积期组患者经用乳腺手法按摩、三黄散贴敷疗法组治愈率达85%，经用乳腺手法按摩、三黄散贴敷加针灸疗法组愈率高达95%，对照组治愈率为50%。急性炎症期患者中，经用乳腺手法按摩、三黄散贴敷加口服头孢拉定组治愈率达80%，经用乳腺手法按摩、三黄散贴敷、针灸加口服头孢拉定组治愈率达88%，对照组治愈率只有45%。结论 采用乳腺按摩、贴敷、针灸的中西医结合方法 对于治疗早期急性乳腺炎有明显疗效，有利于降低乳腺脓肿期的形成。

Analysis of curative effect of early stage mastitis treated by combination of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine

Objective To study curative effect of the early stage mastitis during lactation patients with treatment by combination of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and modern medicine, and summarize experience. Methods The patients derived from outpatient and inpatient of Guangzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Yuexiu District. 600 patients who diagnosed as the early lactation mastitis from 20 to 35 years were selected including galactostasis period in 300 cases and acute inflammation period in 300 cases according to the severity. The patients in galactostasis period were assigned to 3 groups（n=100 in each group）, included Group A（breast massage, sanhuangsan sticking therapy）, Group B （breast massage, sanhuangsan sticking therapy, acupuncture） and Group C （observation）. Those in acute inflammation period also attributed to Group A1 （breast massage, sanhuangsan sticking therapy）, Group B1（breast massage, sanhuangsan sticking therapy, acupuncture, oral Cefradine）and Group C1（oral Cefradine）. All cases are executed conventional breast suction. The clinical effects were recorded and analyzed. Results The patients of galactostasis peiod, the cure rate in Group A, Group B and Group C were 85%, 95% and 50%, respectively. The patients of acute inflammation period, the cure rate in Group A1, Group B1 and Group C1 were 80%, 88% and 45%. Conclusion The breast massage, sticking therapy, acupuncture combination of TCM and modern medicine has obvious curative effect on early treatment of acute mastitis, significantly reduce the formation of breast abscess stage and is worthy of promotion.
