异维A酸红霉素凝胶联合强脉冲光治疗轻中度痤疮的临床研究

目的探讨轻中度痤疮患者采用异维A酸红霉素凝胶联合强脉冲光治疗的临床效果。方法将94例轻中度痤疮患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组47例,两组患者均采用异维A酸红霉素凝胶,观察组患者在此基础上联合给予强脉冲光治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗后皮损数量、皮疹形态、皮疹类型及皮脂分泌率均明显好于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗4、8、12周后的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论异维A酸红霉素凝胶联合强脉冲光治疗轻中度痤疮的临床效果较好,且具有良好的安全性。

Clinical study on the efficacy of isotretinoin erythromycin gel combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris

Objective To discuss the effect of isotretinoin erythromycin gel combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris.Methods Totally 94 patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris were randomly divided into control group and observation group,47 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with isotretinoin erythromycin gel,while the patients in observation group were treated with intense pulsed light combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel.The clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results The number of skin lesions,rash shape,rash type and cortical secretion rate in observation group was better than that of control group respectively(P<0.05).The total effective rates in observation group were higher than those of control group at 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Intense pulsed light combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel has good clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris.
