| 摘 要： | 道地药材的物质属性是道地药材科学内涵的根本.生物学角度认为道地药材的表型包括药材性状、组织结构、有效成分的组成和含量及其疗效等,其取决于道地药材原植物的基因型及其所处的环境,即"表型=基因型+环境饰变".为这一假说能得到科学的诠释,作者探讨了以丹参Salvia miltiorrhiza 为材料建立可控的研究模型以及树立丹参为模式植物的思路与方法来研究道地药材生物学成因的可行性. |

| Abstract: | The scientific essence of geoherbs bases on the attribute of matter. The phenotype of geoherbs from biological point view includes medicinal character, tissue structure, content and composition of the effective components and the therapeutic effect. The forming of geoherb is resulted from the interaction of genotype and environment. It can be expressed by the formula: phenotype=genotype + environmental modification. In order to prove this hypothesis, the authors discussed the model organism and model for geoherbs′ study based on Salvia miltiorrhiza. |
