| 摘 要： | 本文采用转篮法对国产几个厂家生产的盐酸雷尼替丁胶囊进行了溶出度考察，结果表明，同一厂家不同批号以及不同厂家的产品之间，溶出参数（Ｔ５０、Ｔｄ、ｍ）有显著性差别（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示有必要对每批产品进行溶出度检查以控制其内在质量。

| Abstract: | The dissolution of ranitidine hydrochloride capsules from different batches wrer determined and the dissolution parameters( T 50 , T d, m )were processed statistically.The results showed that there are significant difference in dissolution among the products from different manufactures or different batches of the same factory.It is neccessary to determine the dissolution of this drug. |
