| Abstract: | UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of 1% ofloxacin injection and to test its stability in several transfusion solutions.The results showed that they were all stable when combined with 5% glucose injection,10% glucose injection,5% glucose and sodium chloride injection, 0.9% sodium chloride injection,compound sodium chloride injection and sodium lactate injection at room temperature.There was no change in appearance,pH,content and ultraviolet absorption curves in 24 hours,but precipitate was produced when combined with sodium bicarbonate.It has provided valuable information for clinical rational use. |
