| 摘 要： | １９８１～１９９５年共收治鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤２１例，其中有３例发生癌变，其癌变率为１４．３％。３例均为男性，平均年龄４８岁。治疗采用鼻侧切开及上颌骨切除术。术后５ａ生存率为６６．７％（２／３）。

| Abstract: | Associated with canceration was 3 of the 21 patients with inverting papilloma of the nose and paranasal sinuses in our hospital between 1981 and 1995. The canceration rate was 14.3%. The 3 cases were all male. The mean age at canceration was 48 years. The 3 patients were treated with a lateral rhinotomy and medial maxillectomy. A 5 year survival rate is 66.7% (2/3). |
