山羊肺静脉心肌袖解剖学观测

摘    要:目的观察山羊肺静脉心肌袖的形态特征,为异位房颤动物模型提供依据。方法对30例山羊肺静脉,充分暴露心肌袖,进行形态学观测。结果30例羊心均出现肺静脉心肌袖,其中斜形47.6%,环形40.9%,纵形11.5%。右上、右下、左下、左上肌袖厚度分别为0.46±0.14 mm、0.35±0.16 mm、0.35±0.11 mm、0.37±0.13 mm;长度分别为10.75±3.15 mm、9.46±2.20 mm、11.41±2.87 mm、9.20±2.88 mm。结论山羊肺静脉心肌袖出现率为100%,4支肺静脉中以右上肺静脉直径最大。

Abstract:Objective To observe the morphologic characteristics of myocardial sleeve in sheep,s pulmonary veins,and to provide a foundation of making the model of ectopic atrial fibrillation.Methods Thirty sheep,s hearts were dissected to show the myocardial sleeve in sheep,s pulmonary vein clearly,and their morphologic structures were observed.Results The myocardial sleeve were found in all sheep,s pulmonary veins,in which diagonal were 47.6%),annular 40.9%,longitudinal 11.5%.The average thickness of myocardial sleeve in the right upper,the right lower,the left lower and the left upper pulmonary vein were 0.46±0.14 mm,0.35±0.16 mm,0.35±0.11 mm and 0.37±0.13 mm respectively,and its average lengths were 10.75±3.15 mm,9.46±2.20 mm,11.41±2.87 mm and 9.20±2.88 mm respectively.Conclusion The occurrence rate of myocardial sleeve in thirty sheep,s pulmonary vein is 100%.The diameter of the right upper one is maximum in the four pulmonary veins.
